Sarah brings with her 20 years of a proven track record in the loan origination industry with various major residential lenders, earning various production and customer service awards. Sarah enjoys working at Tampa One because of the excellent support given and she chose her field of work because she gets to help families accomplish their dreams.
She was born in Norfolk, Virginia, and has a wonderful husband, a son (23), and a daughter (15). In Sarah’s spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her two cats, Harlie & Navin, whom she considers her pet children! She also loves football and water sports. Sarah supports Metropolitan Ministries and Homelessness charities. Her greatest life lesson to share is to stop to enjoy life and family, it’s the most valuable thing you have.

Tina Christman started as a loan originator in 2004 after holding a background in Property & Casualty Insurance. She spent the next decade working as a loan originator in both wholesale and retail markets. In 2013 she co-founded a mortgage loan processing company servicing wholesale broker shops within the state of Florida. In 2017, she founded Anchor Bay Financial, a company focused on building customer relationships and increased buyer education. With a consultant-style service and team of experienced and knowledgeable advisors, Anchor Bay Financial has now assisted hundreds of clients in reaching their real estate financial goals!
